	Interest is what makes money "expensive" to use. The expense is paid by the economy as a whole. Individually, interest is what keeps us in the rat race, slaving away to make ends meet. So this proposal for money that is not subject to interest and that instead has a holding fee, could conceivably show a way out of the current economic doldrums.
